ABOUT ME
Educational Background and Interest in Mathematics:
My interest in mathematics began during my college years when I realized that it was the subject that made the most sense to me. I appreciated the precision and exactness required in every mathematical step. This realization led me to pursue a B.Sc in Mathematics. During my B.Sc, I was fortunate to have a remarkable mentor, Sir Adnan, who taught calculus and algebra. His engaging teaching methods deepened my love for mathematics, prompting me to pursue further studies in the field.I completed my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at GC University Faisalabad, where I achieved a first position in my class with a CGPA of 4.0.

MORE INFORMATION
Discovery of IMM:
I learned about IMM from my friend Shoaib Khan, who was also a student of IMM's first Batch. I didn't hesitate to apply in IMM as this was the only masters program offering a faculty composed entirely of professors from top institutes worldwide. IMM provided a unique platform to study advanced mathematics under the guidance of experienced European professors while also gaining exposure to the diverse cultures and perspectives they brought with them.
IMM Experience:
I joined IMM in 2019 which was the inaugural year of this master program. We had Prof. Marco Abbatte along with the tutor Fabrizio Bianchi for the very first course in differential Geometry, then Danielle Angela for Complex Analysis and Michael Jambo for Algebraic Topology, the rest of the course were taught online during the Corona days. I particularly enjoyed the exercise sessions with Danielle Angela were we used to solve questions both independently and in groups, this really helped me grasping concepts in complex analysis especially about holomorphic functions and complex integration.
I enjoyed every single course which was being taught in IMM especially those for which the instructor was physically there in Lahore, as we were allowed to go to them to ask questions from the topic and even to discuss about future goals and possible opportunities after IMM.
All the instructors were very kind and responsive and they never disappointed us in any way. We also used to go outside with our instructors to have fun on weekends, like eating out or playing billiard and table tenis.
The online courses we had during the epidemic were very well organized. IMM staff took every step to make online sessions as fruitful as possible.
Apart from the courses, IMM professors supported us in getting scholarships in Europe. It was due to their guidance and help that almost all of the students secured scholarships for their higher studies in mathematics.
Professional Goals:
I completed IMM program in 2021 and joined the University of Lille, France in October 2021 for M-1 Mathematics. In August 2023, I completed my M-2 in Mathematics Research. Currently, I am doing a PhD in Solid Mechanics at the Institute of Central Lille, France. I am working on the numerical simulation of non-associated elastoplastic materials by using the BEN principle and the Bipotenial.
Key Accomplishments:
I am proud to have successfully completed my master's program in Lille, where the language of instruction was French. Understanding the lectures was challenging and demanding. However, my prior experience at IMM provided a solid foundation in courses such as algebraic topology, complex analysis, and functional analysis, which facilitated my success in some courses. This achievement has reinforced my determination to pursue my academic goals with more dedication.
