ABOUT ME
Educational Background and Interest in Mathematics:
My interest in mathematics lies primarily in algebra. What initially drew me to algebra is its structured nature: we begin with a clear definition, from which theorems are developed, and these theorems are then repeatedly applied to construct new results.
This continuous process of building knowledge from fundamental ideas deeply fascinates me. I find algebraic theorems particularly engaging. While studying their applications, I often feel as though I am part of a connected system—almost like being within a family—where each theorem relates to others, and together they present problems whose solutions I enjoy exploring.
This process gives me a strong sense of intellectual satisfaction and enjoyment. In addition to algebra, I also have an interest in geometry. I enjoy visualizing geometric figures mentally and forming clear images of them in my mind. When a figure is described, I like to relate it to real-life objects around me—such as rooms in my home or everyday items—which helps me understand and visualize the concepts more effectively. These aspects of algebra and geometry are what make mathematics an enjoyable and meaningful subject for me.
Driven by this strong interest in mathematics, I graduated at the top of my department during my bachelor’s degree and was awarded the Gold Medal in Mathematics. Additionally, I have two years of teaching experience.
