ABOUT ME
Educational Background and Growing Interest in Mathematics:
I completed my bachelor's studies in Nov 2020 at The Department of Mathematics, University of Peshawar. My interest in mathematics grew deeper after my first interview at IMM with Dr. Stefano. It was then that I realized the importance of hard work, understanding ideas thoroughly, and working independently. This was a pivotal moment that significantly changed my life.

Discovery of IMM:
I came to know about IMM from one of my seniors, Mr. Wajid Ali. I was really depressed with our education system and tried for two long years to connect with foreign educators. Eventually, I got admission, and it was a really good experience.
IMM Experience:
The overall experience at IMM was superb. Not only on the academic side, but the human side of each individual was really nice. In short, I can say IMM was a turning point in my life because there I learned that grades are just numbers, exams are nothing special, and we are not here for a race. The only purpose is to learn things by heart, no matter how little or much. I remember professors like Dr. Stefano, Dr. Waleed Noor, Ma'am Dieletta, Dr. Giovanni, Dr. Jose, and Dr. Melkior Ornik. I enjoyed both the courses in Functional Analysis and Dynamical Systems.
Professional Goals:
My main career goal is to pursue a PhD in mathematics at a good institute. This will allow me to engage in quality research and contribute my own ideas to the global mathematical community. After that, I will aim for a good, reasonable job because I have to support my family.
Key Accomplishments:
I have a gold medal in my bachelor’s degree, a one-year master’s degree and transcript from ICTP, and I received a fully funded scholarship in applied mathematics at a well-reputed institute in Pakistan. The only thing that gives me immense pleasure is helping people, and since I am part of the Math Volunteer Foundation, I am doing that job.
