Puzzles and numbers have intrigued me since my childhood. That curiosity and interest has driven me towards the path of mathematics. I completed my matriculation and Intermediate studies from Agha Khan University Examination board. I scored 3rd position in the pre-engineering group and got distinction in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in intermediate board exams. With sheer determination and hard work one can achieve anything in life. Thus, following this stance I worked fervently and enrolled in BS Hon. Mathematics at Government College University where I earned a gold medal. Mathematics is my passion and its complexity fascinates me, whenever I solve a problem it fills me with immense pleasure.
I came to know about this program from a senior fellow, from that day it’s been my biggest dream to study in this program. Now I feel blessed to be a part of it. Studying under exceptionally good faculty and encouraging environment fulfils my thirst for knowledge. Once one of my teachers said to me that “one can only ignore the basics at the cost of later confusions” thus, for me one of the leading attributes of this program is that the goal here is to build strong foundations of mathematics so we can excel in this field without any hurdles or bumps along the way. I love pure mathematics and most of the subjects taught here belong to this domain. I feel privileged to be a part of this family. I have a vision to teach this remarkable science to young minds back in my home town and I aspire to do higher research in mathematics.
