Muhammad Awais

I'm Muhammad Awais, and I come from the beautiful Village Gujgran in District Gujrat. Let me tell you about my academic journey.

I love mathematics, and that's why I pursued an M.Sc. degree in the subject from the University of Punjab in Lahore. During my time there, I really enjoyed working with numbers, patterns, and solving problems.

Because of my hard work and passion, I got a fantastic opportunity to be part of the International Mathematics Master (IMM) program, which is coordinated by the Professor Stefano Luzzatto. It was an amazing experience that gave me a strong foundation in different areas of mathematics. Among them, I found group theory especially fascinating because of its elegance and practical uses.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Professor Stefano Luzzatto for being an inspiring mentor and guiding me throughout my time in the IMM program. His expertise and encouragement have been invaluable to me.

Additionally, I am thankful to Dr. Sarfraz Ahmed, who played a pivotal role in bringing the IMM program to Pakistan. His unwavering support and dedication have provided countless students like me with the opportunity to pursue our mathematical passions and dreams.

With the support of IMM and the guidance of Professor Stefano Luzzatto, I have been fortunate to take my passion for mathematics even further. As a result, I have been selected for the Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Mathematics at the renowned International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP). I am absolutely thrilled about this opportunity!

Being part of ICTP means I'll get to learn from brilliant teachers and work with smart people from all around the world. I can't wait to be part of cutting-edge research in mathematics.

I'm so grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way, and I can't wait to keep exploring the amazing world of mathematics and science.
