Single Course Alumni

Educational Background:

I did my four years bachelors in two steps. In the First two years (2016-2018) I did BSc (Bachelor's of Science) from a college (Affiliated with university of Swat) at my hometown and for the last two years (2018-2020, MSc) I went to the University of Peshawar.

How I came to know about IMM:

When I finished the final term exam, and was waiting for my results, I came to know about the IMM single course program from my teacher and friend Wajid Ali. (who is also an IMM Alumni).

IMM experience:

When I applied for the single course (Dynamical System) I was completely unaware of the fact that this subject will become the core and future of my mathematical interests. The course, with Dr. Stefano Luzzatto, gives me a new way of studying mathematics and I realize that actually mathematics is an activity. And to understand it one needs to perform it. It is and was really admiring the way through which they were transferring knowledge to us. The tutoring system was very new for me and I spent an excellent time with Sir Douglas Coats (The tutur for Dynamical systems that year) during the course, which helped me a lot to understand the materials. There are so many things to say but for now I think these are enough.

My journey after IMM:

In the meantime when I was studying at IMM. I got a postgraduate diploma fellowship at the Abdus Salam International Center For Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy. After that, among other positions, I got a position in a joint Master program of The International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) and University of Trieste, Trieste Italy. where I am currently studying.

Future Goals:

It is not easy to explain it in a paragraph but if I want to say something about it in a single line it will be " Learn the best and spread it"
